Core Strength Practice (NEW weekly class!)

Core Strength Yoga
All cores welcome! Fortify your core in this challenging (yet all levels!) yoga (and pilates-inspired) 1 hour class.
You will want a yoga mat, a yoga block or a sturdy throw pillow. Blanket (for cushioning knees) is optional.
How to register:
Choose your sliding scale pay level, and click the “Subscribe” button below. You will only be charged for one class. But we save your info so you can easily register and attend this weekly class in the future with fewer things to type out.
You will also receive a reminder before each future session of this weekly class (with the option to unsubscribe from these notifications).
(If you attend this class in the future, no need to “re-register”. Simply click the link in the reminder email. Zoom will automatically detect your attendance and charge the credit card on file for seamless payment so you never have to fumble through registration and payment again before class.)
How to join at the start time:
Your unique zoom link will be emailed to you approximately 20-30 minutes before class starts. The email will be from “Yoga Anatomy Academy” firstname.lastname@example.org
