Learn to re-interpret yoga poses for hip harmony using modern movement science
You’ll gain x-ray like vision into the basic anatomy of the hips, how hips function on and off the mat, and what it means to have your hips on axis (and how to keep them that way). Learn strategies to decrease pinching, snapping and soreness around the hips and what to do when your hips simply need rest.

This workshop is open to all levels, and will offer special pointers for yoga teachers. Registered Yoga Teachers who complete this workshop are eligible for 3 hours of Yoga Alliance-approved CEU contact hours.
