SOLEstice Treat Your Feet [ONLINE WORKSHOP]

An hour of foot health-care in honor of the SOLE-stice (see what we did there?).
Learn some of the best foot strengthening exercises on the planet in this one hour class with physical therapist and yoga teacher Dr. Ariele Foster.
We will be practicing:
Foot intrinsic strengtheners
These moves are the key to transitioning to minimalist or barefoot shoes, which are key to maintaining healthy feet, ankles, knees, and hips.
Props to have on hand: washcloth, rubber bands or therabands. You may complete part or all of the class seated in a chair.
Who is this workshop for?
No yoga experience is required. All experience levels are welcome.
Ariele is a doctor of physical therapy, licensed physical therapist, yoga teacher since 2001, and the founder of Yoga Anatomy Academy.
How much movement / asana will be involved?
The workshop will involve movement up to 95% of the time, and is possible to complete entirely seated in a chair if necessary.
What do I need to wear / have on hand?
Bare feet, a sticky mat, if you have one; a washcloth, rubber bands or therabands. You may complete part or all of the class seated in a chair so you may want a chair on hand.
Can I get continuing education credit by attending?
This workshop is mostly practice, and is not intended for CEUs. We recommend joining the online course version of this workshop if you would like deeper understanding, a quiz and certification. Please message email@example.com if you have any questions.
