Yoga Anatomy Academy Presents: Fluidity and Fascia
Fascia is both fluid and form-giving, containing and allowing. It knits together and enrobes the body, and its role is often unrecognized in the practice of yoga asana.
Because it also helps organize body sense, it contributes to seamless transitions between poses, gracefulness, balance, and deep interconnectivity with the nervous system.
Healthy, vibrant fascia allows for biomechanical efficiency, stability and engagement of your deep core, and so much more goodness.
Learn to collaborate with, rather than fight your fascia. Learn to nourish your practice with *practical* fascia-freeing steps.
This workshop is for yoga and other movement teachers and students alike. It will involve lively, embodied discussion / education as well as a creative practice to care for your fascial network.
